One Dried Steak Club 16 oz jar is equivalent in amount to ~5 bags of store-bought beef jerky…or about 2.5 full steaks! Either would run you around $44, so you’re saving 20%—that’s a whole lotta bones. 

Each jar is made from approximately 22.5 oz of grass-fed beef before it dehydrates down to 8 oz of meaty heaven. A jar will last you about a month in the fridge if you’re well behaved 😉

Dried steak is different from regular beef jerky. It’s thicker and has more marbling throughout (read: more yum). Traditional beef jerky uses only lean meat, making it tough to chew and less flavorful. By choosing cuts of meat with slightly more fat, there’s so much more natural flavor in the beef and you won’t break your jaw chewing it. You can even store it in the freezer to  make it last up to a year #zombieapocalypse
